RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident shopping with Leufu Store. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before requesting a return.

30-DAY RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy, the item should be returned unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging and accessories, except where applicable consumer law allows reasonable inspection of the product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable law.

A refund is not issued simply because a return is requested. The product must first be returned and inspected before a refund can be approved, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

We do not normally issue refunds while allowing the customer to keep the product. In exceptional circumstances, Leufu Store may determine that returning an item is unnecessary.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at support@leufustore.com.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos or video showing the issue, when reasonably possible

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

All returns must be requested through our customer support team before being sent.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the applicable return instructions and return destination.

For security and operational reasons, we do not publish our return address on this page.

Items returned without prior authorization or sent to an incorrect address may not be accepted.

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer or to the original shipping address.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, or payment provider.

Where applicable consumer law requires a specific refund timeframe, that legal timeframe will apply.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item where permitted by law.

Return shipping costs are not normally refundable.

Original shipping charges are not normally refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.

For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. Leufu Store is not responsible for return packages that are lost before reaching the designated return destination.

EXCHANGES

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

If you simply wish to exchange an item because you changed your mind, please contact us and we will let you know whether an exchange is available.

SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Sale or discounted items are subject to this return policy unless otherwise stated.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to sale or discounted products.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If we have confirmed that your refund has been processed but you have not yet received it, please first check with your bank or payment provider.

Refunds can take several business days to appear depending on the payment method.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
